How does the referral program work?
It's simple: submit the referral form with your info and the carrier's info. We'll reach out to the referred carrier and walk them through our pricing (6% or $250/week flat for semis; 8% or $350/week flat for box/hotshot). Once they complete at least 1 week of paid dispatching, you get a $100 credit applied to your next invoice automatically.
Is there a limit to how many carriers I can refer?
No limit at all. You can refer as many carriers as you want, and each successful referral earns you $100. Refer 5 carriers who sign up and dispatch with us, and that's $500 in credits. There's no cap on how much you can earn through referrals.
When do I receive my $100 credit?
Your $100 credit is applied to your next invoice after the referred carrier completes at least 1 week of paid dispatching with O Trucking. The credit is applied automatically — no need to follow up or request it.
Does the referred carrier get anything?
Yes — every referred carrier gets flexible pricing (pick % or flat weekly rate, whichever is cheaper for their truck), no contracts, and full dispatch service from day one. No lock-in, no setup fees.
Do I need to be a current O Trucking carrier?
Yes, you must be an active carrier currently dispatching with O Trucking to participate in the referral program. This ensures we can apply the $100 credit directly to your account.
